PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

This PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Camp Integem ("Integem") and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you") when you visit an Integem website, create an account, purchase an Integem product or your student participates in an Integem service/program (collectively, our "Services"). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") and other California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

Information We Collect
We may collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular person or device ("personal information"). In particular, we have collected the following categories of personal information from individuals that have visited our sites, purchased our products and applied for employment within the last twelve (12) months:

Identifiers: Name, postal address, Internet Protocol address, email address, phone number, or other similar identifiers, personal meeting id.

Protected classification characteristics: Age, ethnicity, race, physical illness, mental illness or disabilities, gender, veteran status

Commercial information: Purchase history

Internet or other similar network activity: Access history and information on your interaction with our pages including, type of browser used, Internet Service Providers (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, clicked pages, and any other information your browser may send to us). Cookies.

Professional or employment-related information: Occupation, employer information, experience

Non-public education information (per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99)): Education level, school attended, experience level

Geolocation data: Goelocation.

Audio, electronic, visual or similar information: Video recordings, telephone recording, profile pictures, photos. Many of our services require us to collect images and other information from your device's camera and photos. For example, you won't be able to use iCreator certain functions or iPlayer to design and test Holographic AR experience unless we can access your camera or photos.

We DO NOT SELL any personal information. We may use or disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following business purposes:

We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us including, but not limited to hosting and maintenance, performance monitoring, billing, customer relationship, database storage and management, and direct marketing. If we share your Personal Information with these parties, we only share information that is necessary to perform the function the third party was hired to provide. We also require these third parties to maintain the privacy and security of the Personal Information they process on our behalf.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

D. Response Timing and Format
We will make every effort to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to the registered email associated with the account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
