Camp Integem In-Person Programs

These additional Terms and Conditions are intended to keep students safe and make Integem In-Person Programs positive and productive. By purchasing, using, or allowing your student to use any of Integem's In-Person Programs, you agree that you and your student will abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as Integem's General Terms and Conditions found HERE. In cases where these Terms and Conditions and Integem's General Terms and Conditions conflict, the terms found herein apply to any Integem In-Person Program or Product.

Payment Policy

  1. In-Person Program tuition includes all state and federal taxes, adult supervision, instruction, curriculum materials, and recreational activities. For students select the Junior level (ages 6-8) courses, the program tuition includes a rental computer for your child. For all other levels (ages 8 or above), the program tuition does not include a rental computer for your child.

  2. For each In-Person Program, $150 per student, per course, per week of the total payment amount is a non-refundable deposit.

  3. At the time of registration, a per student, per session, Safety, Compliance, and registration fee is also due. The fee is $50 per student pre registration, and it is non-refundable.

Changes and Cancellations

  1. Outside 21 days of the start of camp, changes (other than cancellations) can be made without change fees. Changes of date, location, or division made within 21 days of the start of camp will not be allowed. Cancellation of lunch or extended care made within 7 days of the start of camp will result in a forfeiture of the amounts paid for those extras. You are responsible for any increases in charges based on any changes you make.

  2. Outside 30 days of the start of camp, you may cancel a course and receive a refund of amounts paid to date less any non-refundable payment plan fees and a cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount for each Program ($150 per week). In-Person Programs cannot be canceled within 30 days of the course start date.

  3. If Integem is forced to close a course based on a recommendation by the local Health Services Department (in the case of a communicable disease outbreak, etc.) or due to other acts of nature (such as earthquake, mountain fire, flood, etc.), I will not be entitled to a refund, but I will receive a credit voucher for future Integem education programs before 2024.

  4. If a course is cancelled by Integem for other reasons, I understand that I may enroll my student in another course. I agree to be responsible for any costs for the new program that are above the amount paid for the original course. If another course is not available in the local vicinity within 20 miles, I will receive a refund to the original payment method for the canceled courses amount.

  5. There are no refunds, credits, or replacement days for classes not attended.

I. Additional Code of Conduct Requirements

To maintain a safe and fun environment, students and parents of students participating in an In-Person Program agree to adhere to these additional Code of Conduct requirements:

  1. Treat all facilities, equipment, and people with respect

  2. Not possess or use drones, hoverboards, rollerblades, shoes with wheels, weapons, tobacco, marijuana, alcohol, or any illegal substances at any In-Person location

  3. Follow all rules and directives given by Integem and campus personnel

  4. Be responsible for room keys, meal cards, and other camp items

Parents of students dismissed from camp will be responsible for any and all costs incurred in removing that student from camp (i.e. travel, extra supervision, etc.). If Integem incurs any charges, they will be reflected in the responsible parent's My Account.

II. Health and Safety

  1. COVID-19 NOTICE: Integem will meet or exceed all local, state, and federal health and safety requirements. We will notify you as soon as practicable of requirements for your location.

  2. If medication is needed at camp, necessary medication forms must be filled out, and medications must be brought in the original container with the prescription language written in English, reflecting the dosage that will be dispensed. Medications, other than inhalers and diabetic testing kits, will be given to and dispensed by Integem staff. Students must bring two epinephrine auto-injectors (i.e., Epipen) to camp. One will be held by staff. The other will be held by the student. If bringing glucose pens or standard syringes, we require you to bring a Sharps biohazard disposal container as well. At the end of your student's Program, you are responsible for retrieving all medications and containers from staff. Please note that Integem does not have professionally licensed staff at camp.

  3. Staff cannot administer over-the-counter medication without written permission from a parent/legal guardian or their physician and will be dispensed as directed on the medication's box/container or prescribing doctor's note.

  4. Medication left at camp will be disposed of.

  5. Students must be current on all vaccinations and may be required to provide written proof.

  6. Additional health and safety forms must be completed and submitted prior to camp.

  7. I UNDERSTAND THAT FOR MY STUDENT'S SAFETY, I MUST PROVIDE ACCURATE AND COMPLETE HEALTH INFORMATION. FAILURE TO PROVIDE REQUIRED INFORMATION CAN RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF MY STUDENT'S REGISTRATION WITHOUT A REFUND.

III. Sign Out

  1. For students 13 years of age or older by Dec. 31st or designated as self-sign out by their parent: students can sign themselves out with a staff member at the end of each day.

  2. For students under 13 years of age or not otherwise designated as self-sign out: students may only be signed out by a parent/guardian or those authorized by the parent/guardian in the authorization form.

Once a student is signed out, they are no longer in the care of Integem and must leave the camp location.

IV. Groups
Individuals registering more than 5 participants or registering students on behalf of a company, agency, school, or other organization during any one camp season, may, at Integem's sole discretion, be required to register as an Agent and be bound by an Agent Agreement. If an individual fails to respond to a request to register as an Agent, all reservations made, may be canceled and be subject to Integem's cancellation policies. V. At-Camp Activities

  1. Field Trips: Staff members have permission to take my son/daughter/ward to places of relevant interest, guided campus tours, and facilities within walking distance of camp, both on and off campus.

  2. Movies: Movies played at or attended during any of the Programs run by Integem are rated PG and PG-13 and selected at the sole discretion of Integem.
