Interactive 2D & 3D AR Animation with Adobe for High School Students
Grades: High School
Length: 2 weeks
Accreditation: Fully WASC Accredited (The Gold Standard in K-12 Education)
Prerequisite: None
DESCRIPTION
High School 2D & 3D Creators (Ages 14-18) – Enter an exciting world where art, animation, and technology converge. High School creators will combine digital artistry with professional technology using tools like Adobe Character Animator, Adobe Photoshop, Mixamo, and Blender.
No experience needed—everyone learns at their own pace, with extra challenges for students who are ready for more.
Students don't just learn software—they use it to build immersive realities. First, they design 2D and 3D characters. Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and motion capture, these characters mirror the student’s facial expressions and movements in real-time.
Once the design is complete, students step beyond the screen. With Holographic AR, they teleport directly into the animated worlds they built. They stand side-by-side with their 3D models and interact with their 2D characters in the real world. This camp empowers students to turn their imagination into a digital portfolio.
Experience the Magic of Holographic AR: We turn digital animation into a responsive, physical experience.
- Step Inside Your Animation: You don’t just watch your animation; you live it. Teleport into your scene to stand right next to your 3D models and animated characters.
- You Control the Action: Your creations react to you! Using real-time motion capture, you control the character's movements and expressions with your own body.
- Immersive Realism: Transform 2D and 3D designs into living, breathing experiences without the need for headsets or goggles.
