Scholarships

Scholarship Application Timing:

You must apply for the scholarship before completing your registration and receiving approval. Scholarships cannot be applied retroactively, meaning no refunds will be issued for registrations completed prior to scholarship approval.

Scholarship Application Processing Time:

Scholarship applications are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days. However, the process may take up to 7 business days if additional time is needed for income verification. Please check your email regularly, including spam or junk folders, for updates from support@integem.com.

Eligibility Requirements and Limitations:

• California Students & Residents Only:

  The scholarship is available to students attending in-person K-12 schools in California, including those who are homeschooled within the state. Additionally, parents or guardians must be California residents.

• Citizenship/Residency Requirements:

  Both parents/guardians and students must be either U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

• Program Type Limitation:

  The scholarship is exclusively for in-person summer camp programs.

• One Scholarship Per Child Per Year:

  Each child is limited to applying for one scholarship per year.

Note: Submitting a scholarship application is an important step, but it doesn’t guarantee you will be awarded the scholarship.

Please note the following important conditions:

• Registration Deadline: Recipients have One week from scholarship approval to complete registration. Failure to register within this timeframe will result in the release of the scholarship funds to other families.
• Cancellation and Changes Policy: The registration made under a scholarship is subject to the same cancellation and change rules as regular registrations. This ensures consistency and fairness in our registration processes.

I. Need-Based Scholarships

We provide financial support for students in need, covering the cost of camp attendance during regular hours.

Scholarship Amount: up to $300 per week per child, up to 3 weeks (up to $900 per child) of the summer camp program.

Eligibility:

• Income requirement: For Children Eligible for Free or Reduced-price lunch under California’s state income guidelines, based on the federal National School Lunch Program.
• Residency & Schooling: Available to California residents attending K-12 schools (in-person or homeschooled).
• Program Type: Scholarships apply exclusively to in-person summer camps.
• Application Limitation: Each child is eligible for one scholarship application per year.

Additional Notes:

• Scholarships cannot be combined with discount coupons.
• Registration must be completed within 2 weeks of approval.
• Cancellation/Change Policy: Same as regular registrations.

II. Scholarship Matching

We match need-based childcare scholarships or allowances your family has received from local counties or non-profits to send your child to Camp Integem

• Income requirement: For Children Eligible for Free or Reduced-price lunch under California’s state income guidelines, based on the federal National School Lunch Program.
• Benefit: 100% matching scholarship up to $2000.
