DESCRIPTION

Transform Static Images into Living Experiences! High School Digital Artists will explore professional design using tools like Adobe Photoshop. They will channel their creativity into designing unique 2D characters, anime-style backgrounds, and creative graphic novel scenes.

No experience needed—everyone learns at their own pace, with extra challenges for students who are ready for more.

But creativity doesn't stop at the canvas. With Holographic AR, students don't just look at their art—they step inside it. Imagine designing a fantasy landscape or a comic book scene in Photoshop and then physically standing within the layers of your creation!

Using just a standard webcam, students teleport directly into their 2D arts. They become part of the composition, interacting with their characters and controlling the visual effects with their body movements. No headsets or goggles needed! Along the way, students build essential digital literacy and artistic confidence as they turn their flat designs into immersive, interactive experiences.

Experience the Magic of Holographic AR: We turn digital art into a living reality.

  • Step Inside Your Art: Don't just view your graphics on a monitor; teleport inside your Photoshop layers! See yourself standing right inside your creations, becoming part of the visual narrative.
  • Your Art Reacts to You: Make your 2D characters and environments respond! If you wave, your character waves back. If you move, the background shifts. You control how your art behaves.
  • Living Graphics: Experience the thrill of interacting with your digital drawings in the real world. You move freely while your 2D art surrounds you, creating a unique mixed-reality experience.

What You Will Do:

  • Explore Adobe Photoshop: Learn the fundamentals of this professional software to understand layers, colors, and 2D digital composition.
  • Create Digital Characters: Design your own unique 2D avatars, sprites, or comic heroes from scratch.
  • Design with AR: Create interactive 2D art scenes where you teleport inside to become the protagonist and control the story.
  • Innovate with AI: Learn how to use AI tools to spark ideas and amplify your creativity.
